Joel Githiri, CPA, is a finance executive with nearly 20 years of experience across multiple industries, both in the public and private sector. He has held senior leadership positions at organizations with revenues ranging from less than $1 million to approaching $1 billion, providing the opportunity to understand the requirements to navigate the financial, operational, and strategic needs of companies of varying sizes. Joel has a proven track record of stimulating significant growth at organizations through targeted acquisitions, ongoing financial planning and analysis (FP&A), installation of operational efficiencies, and internal development of people and processes.
Joel holds dual degrees from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business in Accounting and Finance. Since moving to Indianapolis from Chicago in 2014, he has been involved with multiple community-focused organizations such as The National Urban League and 100 Black Men of Indianapolis. Joel serves as Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair for the Adult & Child Heath board of directors and is a board member of the Marion Country Commission on Youth (MCCOY).
