Ninjia Miles

Consultant

Ninjia Miles, MPA, CFRM, is a millennial fundraiser possessing a breadth of fundraising knowledge in individual and major giving, donor engagement, stewardship, board governance and development, grant writing and development operations. A community-engaged fundraiser, Ninjia believes in meeting organizations and donors where they are to facilitate impact. Her personal mission is to assist Black-led and Black-serving organizations in securing the necessary resources to improve communities. She has worked with higher education institutions, human services organizations, community-based organizations, and youth-serving organizations.


An active member of the philanthropic community, Ninjia is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Indiana Chapter, Young Nonprofit Professionals Network, African American Development Officers Network, F3: Fabulous Female Fundraisers, and Indy Black Professional. 


Ninjia serves as Chair of the Indy Black Professionals Board of Directors and a member of the Board of Directors of Reach for Youth, Inc.Ninjia received her MPA in nonprofit management and policy analysis from the Paul H. O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University and her BA in Sociology from Centenary College of Louisiana. She received her Certification in Fundraising Management from The Fundraising School at the IU Lilly Family School of Philanthropy.
